Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our organization. As the Senior Manager, you will lead and oversee the talent acquisition function, focusing on both tech and non-tech hiring. Your primary responsibility will be to attract and acquire top talent across various departments, with a particular emphasis on sales and leadership positions. This role requires a deep understanding of the recruitment process, a proven track record in talent acquisition, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·        Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire top-tier candidates for various roles, including tech and non-tech positions.

·        Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

·        Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.

·        Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.

·        Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

·        Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent.

·        Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job portals, and other talent acquisition partners.

·        Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the talent acquisition team, fostering their professional development and ensuring their success.

Requirements:

·        Minimum of 7-8 years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.

·        Proven track record in tech and non-tech hiring, with experience in closing sales and leadership positions.

·        Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

·        In-depth knowledge of various sourcing channels and recruitment platforms.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

·        Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

·        Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to effectively manage and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.

·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus)
