Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) at Signzy Technologies, Bangalore, to drive efficient project execution and successful deployment of fintech solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to enhance project practices and align projects with strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Establish and oversee the PMO, defining objectives and KPIs.
Implement project management methodologies for seamless execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and devise mitigation strategies.
Create project dashboards for real-time stakeholder visibility.
Lead project reviews and post-mortem evaluations for continuous improvement.
Facilitate resource allocation and mentor project managers.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
5-8 years of fintech or financial services project management experience.
Previous PMO or project management leadership experience (3-5 years).
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Lean Startup methodologies.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of project management tools and software.
Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
