Who are we looking for?

 

    Signzy is looking for Sales Ops who will manage Sales administration, Sales MIS, oversee business analytics and attainment planning, and direct sales force enablement.


Key Role & Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate efforts & support sales team with leads & closures. 

  • Involved in process improvement for sales support & identifies opportunities for efficiency within the team. 

  • Handle the CRM process 

  • Prepares weekly / quarterly / monthly reports & provides the data to the Sales team.   

  • Using internal data, along with market and competitor research, to help drive sales strategy and “hit the numbers”

  • Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a product or process.

  • Forecast future sales by recognizing past trends 

  • Develops/maintains process documentation for each assigned task.

  • Assist with customer inquiries.

  • Other related Admin duties assigned as needed.



Skills & Abilities:


  • Flair & aptitude for numbers and data 

  • Excellent with MS Excel / Google Sheets

  • Experience in CRM systems is desirable

  • Work well within a team and independently  

  • Professional & presentable demeanor 

  • Flexible & works to deadlines

  • High degree of Accountability

  • Good knowledge & understanding of the BFSI sector (preferred)

  • Bachelor degree in any management field & high scores in Mathematics 

  • 1+ years of experience with the right attitude for learning
