1) Legal: Law graduate with 1-3 years PQE, preferably in banking/ fintech/ technology domain. The person applying should have a deep interest and understanding of technology. This role involves end to end contract management, regulatory affairs and public policy.
2) Compliance: Preferably a qualified CS, with minimum 2 years of recent experience either working with a SEBI registered RTA/DP or compliances related to share transfers. This role involves ensuring compliances as per applicable laws, statutory & regulatory filings and licensing.
