Role Brief :
You will be our ambassador and will be positioning and pitching our services to prospective clients and partners and aligning our tech for their requirements. You will act as a bridge to provide a seamless experience for our clients and their requirements and gain insights into the changing customer needs and market.
What You will do :
Mapping customer requirements with Signzy products and provide solutions
Delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations
Performing the required Business Analysis, requirement gathering and scoping for techno-commercial proposals
Working with the project/product teams to close the effort estimates, delivery timelines and infra requirements for clients (Technical, Functional, Compliance and Infosec requirements)
Responsible for training sales teams on the Product, Compliance, and Technology for the assigned use-case
Liaison between the product and sales teams to deliver client needs and receive and communicate the feedback of the product and any other market insights

Brings together and collaborates with cross-functional teams and execute new additions and high-impact transformational initiatives
What we are Looking For :
Affinity to sales and technology functions & enthusiasm about AI
Strong commercial knowledge & a keen eye for the market and the industry
Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills including an ability to think ‘on their feet ‘ in challenging situations
Excellent verbal & written communication skills to create and deliver efficient presentations and proposal documents
Experience :
1 - 4 years relevant work experience as Sales / Presales / Business Analyst / Project Manager role
Experience in the Fintech industry and BFSI desirable
