1. Convert the company vision to end-user products
2. Exhibit leadership skill and carry forward product vision
3. Extend the Signzy product to multiple banking and financial use cases
4. Expanding & scaling the backend infrastructure to a global scale
5. Lead other developers of your team & help them grow
6. Think creatively and critically in developing & presenting new features
Skills you should have
1. Ninja in core Javascript
2. Ability to build and scale products in any one backend and frontend
stack (NodeJS, Java, Angular JS, Python, React, Vue).
3. Deep knowledge of design patterns & architectural patterns
4. Eye for detail and customer focus.
5. Fundamental knowledge of all aspects of programming (Coding,
deployment, maintenance, code-reviews, SDLC)
6. Knowledge & understanding of Unit testing & Quality assurance
Bonus points for
1. Experience in the finance domain & B2B applications
2. Experience with AI technologies
3. Knowledge of deployment & automation tools - Chef, Ansible
Qualification
1. 5+ years of experience in Software product development
2. Should have created at least one product from scratch E2E and
scaled & maintained in a live production environment
3. Prior experience in a product based company.
