As a Product Designer, you will lead design across the B2B product and will help to shape experiences for our businesses & their users with analytical data & user research.
This job requires you to specialize in one of our core products focusing on Onboarding in Fin-tech.
You would work closely with engineers and product managers to define both the strategy and tactics for that product.
Work closely with other designers to develop and expand product design.
Mastered in prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
Occasionally work on very broadly defined, imaginative concepts, or on narrowly defined, quick deliverables
Work together with highly collaborative teams spanning from the design, product, engineering and project
Review peer designs and share your work regularly with the design, stakeholders and leadership
Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking while also delivering solutions that meet user and business goals
Embrace and welcome the design challenges and early feedback.
**You’re fit for this role if you**
Have experience working in a Fintech industry or a No code platform.
Can reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, productivity, and ease of use.
Have experience designing for business and developer-focused products
Are skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and crave feedback to help you produce your best work
Are an expert in either UI, UX, or visual design, but skilled in more disciplines across product design
You care about details and are excited to keep pushing your work until is pixel-perfect
Think in systems and are able to extrapolate and extend shared patterns and behaviors
Love working with other designers to help them learn and grow—and have them help you learn and grow
Are uncompromisingly service-minded towards our users and your colleagues, but able to set and achieve priorities that find the perfect balance between benefiting the project, the Design team, and all of Signzy
Have 4+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
