Key responsibilities:-
Plan and execute projects in accordance with company objectives, requirements, and constraints.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Lead project team members, providing guidance, motivation, and support.
Manage project budget, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and approved.
Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise the project team. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Oversee multiple client projects at the same time with different teams.
Allocation of people from a delivery pool to multiple projects as per client requirements and balancing of the team skills sets.
Recruit and retain delivery teams across geographies
Build and manage relationships and engage deeply with client stakeholders and internal teams.
Skills required:
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex software delivery projects on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development project management.
