The Office Admin Intern will work closely with IT Admin and assist in various administrative responsibilities. The key duties and responsibilities of the intern will include:

Allocation of laptops to new employees based on company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of laptop assignments in Google Sheets, including employee details, serial numbers, and deployment dates. Update the asset management system or database with any changes, such as transfers or returns.
Manage the return process for laptops when employees leave the company or no longer require them. Coordinate with HR and IT departments to ensure that data is securely transferred or deleted, and laptops are properly cleaned and prepared for reassignment or disposal.
Provide general administrative support to staff members, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and data entry. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials as required. Help with event planning and coordination.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail. Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as required.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with the IT department for more complex problems. Maintain and update office equipment, including computers, printers, and software licenses.
