Role: Delivery Learning & Development (L&D)
Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis: Identify learning needs and skill gaps within the organization through thorough training needs analysis.
Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update training programs, courses, and learning materials based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Onboarding Programs: Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company's culture and processes.
Skill Enhancement: Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance employees' skills and competencies in line with organizational goals.
Learning Management System (LMS): Manage the organization's LMS, including uploading content, tracking progress, and generating reports.
Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve learning outcomes.
Professional Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, training methodologies, and technologies to bring innovative approaches to learning initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various teams, managers, and stakeholders to understand training needs and align learning objectives with business goals.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously refine and enhance training programs.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure training materials and programs align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Employee Development Plans: Work with individual employees and their managers to create personalized development plans, fostering career growth.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key training metrics, such as participation rates, completion rates, and the impact of training on performance.
